The COVID-19 situation is still far from under control, so we’re proceeding with cautious optimism. We’ll be operational with limited resources and critical staff only, so service delivery might be slower than usual. On-site service won’t be available for now, pickup and delivery service to be available. However, we are here now, available to help you with any Apple related issues.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any iPhones, MacBooks, iPads etc to be repaired, or if you want to purchase used/refurbished MacBooks. Special note to startups and businesses - we also do MacBook rentals/sales to fulfill your increased asset requirements to support work from home for all.
Given the times we are in, we realize that safety and social distancing norms are of paramount importance. For your safety and ours, we have taken the following measures:
- Only
- Hand sanitizers available at Fixxo office reception. All customers & staff entering the premises required to sanitize hands mandatorily.
- All employees required to wear masks, pickup and delivery staff especially so.
- Doorstep service suspended temporarily. Pickup and delivery staff trained to minimize contact points with customers.
- All iPhones, MacBooks etc received for repair, to be sanitized using 99% IPA before entering the workshop.
- All repaired devices to be disinfected again, before being delivered to the customer.
- Regular disinfection of all common suspects (doorknobs, desk-tops, pens, keyboards) will be done at Fixxo office.
We are aware of the hardship (never mind the heartburn) it causes you when a dear iPhone or MacBook is broken, especially in these lockdown days. We are here to help!
