Either your can courier your device to our address OR we can arrange a pickup once you fill our pickup request form.
Please pack the device safely in a box (use sufficient cushion - bubble wrap or sponge).
Once, we receive the device we will do a detailed diagnosis and share a report with the cost and time estimate. TAT: 2-3 days.
Upon approval we will repair your device and perform the necessary tests.
TAT: Simple part replacement 1-2 days. Complex/Logic board repairs: 1-3 weeks
Once the device is ready for delivery (repaired successfully, or otherwise), we shall create an invoice for diagnosis, repair, packaging and shipping charges. After the payment is received, we shall ship the device to you.
