sales@fixxo.in →A few things matter most: battery health, display condition, keyboard and trackpad responsiveness, all ports, speaker quality, and confirming no Activation Lock is set. Our 10-point checklist for buying a second-hand MacBook walks through each one in detail, with what to look for and what to skip. Honestly useful whether you're buying from us or anyone else.
We don't offer cash refunds on used MacBooks once the sale is complete, but if you discover a hardware fault within the warranty period, we'll repair or replace the unit free of charge. For peace of mind, you are welcome to inspect the device in store before payment. Our goal is that you leave the store happy with the unit, not regretting the purchase.
A few real differences. We inspect and certify every unit before selling, you get a written warranty, and an invoice, and we handle all the post-sale support if anything goes wrong. Individual sellers usually offer none of these. Worth reading our full guide on buying used MacBooks which covers what to look out for, regardless of where you buy from.
Yes - you're welcome to walk in to our Koramangala store any time between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We'd recommend giving us a call before visiting so we can keep the exact unit you're interested in ready for you. Our team will walk you through its condition, run any tests you'd like, and answer your questions in person.
It's read directly from macOS using Apple's built-in battery diagnostics - the same number you'd see if you looked into the system report yourself. We don't estimate or round it. For Like New units this is usually 90% and above. If a battery is below 80% or showing service warnings, we typically replace it before listing the MacBook. If you want to verify yourself, you're welcome to check on the unit when you visit the store.
Every unit comes with 90 days of Fixxo warranty, covering any hardware fault that wasn't caused by physical or liquid damage. We'll repair it or replace the unit, or issue a refund. For most models, you can also opt for an extended 1-year Fixxo warranty at an additional cost - ask us at the time of purchase. A few units may also carry the balance of Apple's original limited warranty or AppleCare, which is mentioned on the listing if applicable.
Every MacBook we sell goes through a 32-point check by our own engineers before it's listed. That includes the battery, display, keyboard, all ports, the logic board, and a full software wipe. If anything fails, the unit gets refurbished or rejected - it doesn't make it onto this page. The same team that has repaired over 50,000 Apple devices is the one signing off on what we sell.
We use three grades. Like New means used under 6 months with no visible wear. Excellent means light surface marks only, fully functional. Good means visible cosmetic wear but functionally sound. Any cosmetic flaws - scratches, dents, scuff marks - are photographed and disclosed upfront. Devices with any functional issues are rejected at QC stage and never make it to the "sale" list.
