Two cracked backs rarely look the same. A quick look at yours tells us which way it goes, worth knowing before you book.
The 15 and 15 Plus open from the back by design, so the cracked panel comes off with controlled heat. No laser, no scraping. We keep your original wireless charging and flash, so both carry on working, and the new glass goes on with a fresh gasket, with nothing else inside disturbed. Most of the work is in fitting it cleanly and sealing it right, and even after thousands of these, we won't promise you a perfect finish.
From the bench
A straight word on colour. The 15's pastels, pink and green especially, are the hard ones to match exactly. What we fit comes very close. Near enough that you won't notice in everyday use, though put it beside an original in good light and a sharp eye might catch the shade being slightly off. Short of Apple's own panel, you won't get it closer than that.
Once the new glass is on, we test wireless charging, the flash and the seal round the edge. The adhesive then needs time to set, and that's the part we won't rush. When it's set, we clean the phone up and hand it back.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
We don't publish a fixed price on the website, and for good reason: the price is dynamic, and it also moves with the model (the 15 or the larger 15 Plus), and sometimes the state of the damage. So a number posted today could be stale in a month. Drop your model and colour on WhatsApp and we'll give you the current price right away.
Usually around a day, occasionally a few hours, depending on the model, the colour and how busy the workshop is. Apart from the swap itself, a clean removal, a tidy fit, and letting the seal set are what take the time, and we'd rather take it than rush it. Done properly is better than done fast.
Nearly always just the glass. On the 15 and 15 Plus the cracked panel lifts off and a new one goes on, no new body required. The frame is the one thing that can change that: small dents we can usually work back, but a frame bent too far needs a full body, there's no way round it. We'll know once we've looked, and we'll tell you before we start.
Yes. We keep your phone's original wireless charging and camera flash rather than swapping them out, so both carry on working exactly as before. We test charging, MagSafe alignment and the flash as part of the final check before the phone goes back to you.
Strictly, no. Apple doesn't sell its back glass on the open market, so nobody can fit a true "Apple Original". The glass we use is the best quality available, but more important than the glass itself, is the skill & workmanship of the technician who's doing the job.
We don't provide warranty with the back glass, and the reason is simple: it's a cosmetic, non-functional part with no electronic or even mechanical components inside to fail or cover. The functional bits we touch along the way, your wireless charging and flash, stay original and get tested before handover, so those aren't a worry either.
We fit a fresh sealing gasket to help restore water resistance. Even so, there's no reliable way to test the seal afterwards, and even Apple won't commit to water resistance once a phone has been opened. If the phone is already dented or bent, resistance is reduced and can't be fully restored. We'd recommend keeping it away from liquid, and we can't take liability for liquid damage after the repair.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
