How a cracked back gets handled depends on how it broke. A quick look sorts that before you book.
On the 15 Pro the back glass is a removable panel, a first for the Pro line, so it comes off cleaner than the 14 Pro did, with controlled heat, no laser, no scraping. We check the frame and camera corner first, in case a crack runs deeper than the glass. Your original wireless charging coil and flash carry over, both still working, then it reseals on a fresh gasket. Flush and even takes the time.
The seal is the last thing we do, and we take our time over it. First we check wireless charging, the flash and the camera corner. Then we let the fresh adhesive set fully, no rushing. Rush it and the glass lifts a few weeks later. Once it's set, we give the phone a clean and it's back with you.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
We don't publish a fixed price on the website. It's dynamic, and it depends on whether you've got the 15 Pro or the larger 15 Pro Max. A figure we post today can be wrong by next month. Send your model and colour over WhatsApp and we'll share the current price straight away.
Usually a day, occasionally a few hours, depending on the model, the colour and the workshop queue. The swap itself is quick; it's the clean removal, the careful fit and letting the adhesive cure that take the time. We'd sooner take that time than hand it back too soon.
Usually it's just the glass. The cracked panel comes off, a new one goes on, and the body stays as it is. The one exception is the titanium frame. Small dents we can often work back. If it's bent badly, you'll need a full body. We'll take a look first and tell you either way before we start.
Yes. We keep your phone's original wireless charging and camera flash rather than swapping them out, so both carry on working exactly as before. We test charging, MagSafe alignment and the flash as part of the final check before the phone goes back to you.
Strictly, no. Apple doesn't sell its back glass on the open market, so nobody can fit a true "Apple Original". The glass we use is the best quality available, but more important than the glass itself, is the skill & workmanship of the technician who's doing the job.
We don't provide warranty with the back glass, and the reason is simple: it's a cosmetic, non-functional part with no electronic or even mechanical components inside to fail or cover. The functional bits we touch along the way, your wireless charging and flash, stay original and get tested before handover, so those aren't a worry either.
We fit a fresh sealing gasket to help restore water resistance. Even so, there's no reliable way to test the seal afterwards, and even Apple won't commit to water resistance once a phone has been opened. If the phone is already dented or bent, resistance is reduced and can't be fully restored. We'd recommend keeping it away from liquid, and we can't take liability for liquid damage after the repair.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
