Most cracked backs are a straightforward glass-only swap. A few need a bit more, and it's worth knowing which before you book.
The glass itself is a commodity; one panel is much like another. What matters is the workmanship of the person fitting it. Even after 10+ years and thousands of these, we're careful not to overpromise the finish.
On the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, the back glass is a removable panel by design, so we lift it off with controlled heat, no laser machine, no scraping. Your original wireless charging and flash are kept, so both still work. The new panel goes on with a fresh gasket, without disturbing anything else inside.
From the bench
One honest note on colour. The iPhone 16 backs, especially Ultramarine and Teal, are hard to match exactly. Ours come very close, close enough that you won't notice day to day, but side by side under good light a keen eye might catch a hair's difference. It's as close as anyone gets without Apple's own glass.
Before it leaves, we test whatever the repair touches: wireless charging, the rear camera, the camera flash, and the seal around the edge. We give the fresh adhesive proper time to set rather than rushing it back to you. Then it's cleaned up and handed over.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
We don't publish a fixed price on the website. It's dynamic, and it depends on whether you've got the iPhone 16 or the larger 16 Plus. A figure we post today can be wrong by next month. Send your model and colour over WhatsApp and we'll share the current price straight away.
Usually about a day, and sometimes a few hours, depending on your model, colour and how busy the workshop is. It takes time to do it right: a clean removal, installation with good finish, letting the fresh adhesive set so the seal is sound, and finally a thorough QC. All of it requires patience. A longer wait is better than a recurring hassle, no?
On the iPhone 16 and 16 Plus it's usually glass-only: the old panel comes off and a new one goes on, with no need for a whole new body. A bent or badly dented frame is the exception. Minor cases we can straighten; a frame that's too far gone needs a full body. We check first and tell you straight before any work starts.
Yes. We keep your phone's original wireless charging and camera flash rather than swapping them out, so both carry on working exactly as before. We test charging, MagSafe alignment and the flash as part of the final check before the phone goes back to you.
Strictly, no. Apple doesn't sell its back glass on the open market, so nobody can fit a true "Apple Original". The glass we use is the best quality available, but more important than the glass itself, is the skill & workmanship of the technician who's doing the job.
We don't provide warranty with the back glass, and the reason is simple: it's a cosmetic, non-functional part with no electronic or even mechanical components inside to fail or cover. The functional bits we touch along the way, your wireless charging and flash, stay original and get tested before handover, so those aren't a worry either.
We fit a fresh sealing gasket to help restore water resistance. Even so, there's no reliable way to test the seal afterwards, and even Apple won't commit to water resistance once a phone has been opened. If the phone is already dented or bent, resistance is reduced and can't be fully restored. We'd recommend keeping it away from liquid, and we can't take liability for liquid damage after the repair.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
