Cracked backs vary more than you'd think. A quick look tells us which kind yours is before you book.
First we look at what broke. On most Pros it's glass only; the frame and cameras we check first. The panel lifts off under controlled heat, no laser, no scraping. Your original wireless charging coil and flash move across to the new back, so both keep working, and the new glass goes on with a fresh gasket. The precision is in lining the new panel up with the frame and getting an even seal, so it sits flush the way it left the factory.

A word on the finish: The Pro backs are matte finished. Especially in the Desert Titanium, that frosted texture is a bit harder to match. What we fit sits very close, close enough that you won't be able to make it out in normal use. But under bright light, right beside an untouched one, an expert eye might tell the two apart.
Before it goes back, we run the checks: wireless charging, the flash, the cameras sitting clear behind the new glass, and the seal all the way round. Then the adhesive needs to cure, and that's an hour or two we don't rush. Once it's set, the phone's cleaned up and it's yours again.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
We don't publish a fixed price on the website. It's dynamic, and it depends on whether you've got the 16 Pro or the larger 16 Pro Max. A figure we post today can be wrong by next month. Send your model and colour over WhatsApp and we'll share the current price straight away.
Usually about a day, sometimes a few hours, depending on your model, the colour and how busy the workshop is. The swap is only part of it: a clean removal, a precise fit, and letting the fresh adhesive cure so the seal holds are what take the time. We'd rather take it than hand it back rushed.
On the 16 Pro and Pro Max it's usually glass-only: the cracked panel comes off and a new one goes on, no new body needed. The exception is when the titanium frame gets damaged too. Small dents can be managed, but any major dents or bends may require a full body replacement.
Yes. We keep your phone's original wireless charging and camera flash rather than swapping them out, so both carry on working exactly as before. We test charging, MagSafe alignment and the flash as part of the final check before the phone goes back to you.
Strictly, no. Apple doesn't sell its back glass on the open market, so nobody can fit a true "Apple Original". The glass we use is the best quality available, but more important than the glass itself, is the skill & workmanship of the technician who's doing the job.
We don't provide warranty with the back glass, and the reason is simple: it's a cosmetic, non-functional part with no electronic or even mechanical components inside to fail or cover. The functional bits we touch along the way, your wireless charging and flash, stay original and get tested before handover, so those aren't a worry either.
We fit a fresh sealing gasket to help restore water resistance. Even so, there's no reliable way to test the seal afterwards, and even Apple won't commit to water resistance once a phone has been opened. If the phone is already dented or bent, resistance is reduced and can't be fully restored. We'd recommend keeping it away from liquid, and we can't take liability for liquid damage after the repair.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
