Usually it is only the glass. A quick look tells us whether anything else went with it.
We check the frame and camera first, in case the drop did more than crack the glass. The panel is built to come off. Two screws by the charging port, gentle heat, and off it comes. No laser, no grinding.
Your MagSafe magnets and charging coil are bonded to the broken panel, so we peel them off and fit them to the new glass. We clear the adhesive off the frame before the new panel goes on.

Worth knowing, if you are wondering why a nearly new phone broke so easily. The 17e's front is Ceramic Shield 2, which Apple rates for three times the scratch resistance. The back is not. Apple lists it as plain glass, while the 17 and 17 Pro got Ceramic Shield on the back as well. The 17e's back is the softer side.
The new panel goes on with fresh adhesive, then the phone sits clamped while it sets. That is most of the five or six hours. Every phone gets our full quality check before we mark it ready. After a back glass job we also test MagSafe hold, check wireless charging, and make sure the panel sits level all round.

These people have the quality staff for repairing the apple products.I didn't used my iPhone 6 for long time and it went to dead mode.when I went to icare and planetcare they said phone went to dead mode nothing to be done with it and better change to new phone.One of my friend told me about Fixxo and went to them, they just took 40min to find out the problem and fixed in 15min. I can confidently say that this is the best place.. earlier I was wondering to see 4.8 ratings which is a very rare thing to see days for service related places.. but after visiting their place, was very much satisfied with their service.. I thought my phone charging pin had some problem.. they checked and immediately found some dust piled up there.. removing it resolved my issue.. they had pretty chance to tell some false story to empty my pocket which they didn't do.. for which i am really thankful to them..
We don't publish a fixed price, because it moves with the parts market and a figure we post today could be wrong next month. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll send the current one. If the front is cracked as well, say so and we'll quote the screen replacement at the same time.

Yes. On the 17e the charging coil and the MagSafe magnet array are bonded to the back glass, so we peel them off the broken panel and fit them to the new one. You keep your own hardware rather than a generic replacement. We charge the phone wirelessly and test the magnet hold with an accessory before it goes back.
Almost always just the glass. Apple might tell you the whole housing has to go, but it doesn't. The cracked panel comes off and a new one goes on. The one exception is the frame: small dents we can usually work back, but a frame bent badly out of shape needs a full body replacement, and there's no way round that.
Strictly, no. Apple doesn't sell its back glass on the open market, so nobody can fit a true "Apple Original". The glass we use is the best quality available, but more important than the glass itself, is the skill & workmanship of the technician who's doing the job.
We don't provide warranty with the back glass, and the reason is simple: it's a cosmetic, non-functional part with no electronic or even mechanical components inside to fail or cover. The functional bits we touch along the way, your wireless charging and flash, stay original and get tested before handover, so those aren't a worry either.
We fit a fresh sealing gasket to help restore water resistance. Even so, there's no reliable way to test the seal afterwards, and even Apple won't commit to water resistance once a phone has been opened. If the phone is already dented or bent, resistance is reduced and can't be fully restored. We'd recommend keeping it away from liquid, and we can't take liability for liquid damage after the repair.
