The people at Fixxo are super helpful and clear - they explain everything and make recommendations for the easiest/cheapest option. I've had some bad luck with a Macbook Pro from 2017 so I've been at Fixxo much more than one would want to be at a computer repair store. But they have consistently fixed my Frankenstein laptop - battery replacement, display change, key replacement, mic issues, the list has been endless. I just had a couple of keys changed, and they kindly charged me less because I've been coming back to them so often. Although I don't wish Apple device issues on anyone, if you have them, go to Fixxo
I had taken a MacBook Pro which was damaged by water. The process was made crystal clear as were the costs at each stage. The message they sent about the diagnosis of the problem was very detailed, and precise. It indicated the damages and the cost of repair of each damage. Amazing team of experts. I am giving here 5 star to the process they follow and the communication process. I stay at Chennai and it was a smooth process from the laptop pickup at Chennai through a third party courier and during the time of repair at their center to the delivery of the device. It was unfortunate for me as my laptop was beyond repair and there was no MLB available for replacement for my model. But I am happy with the turn of events and how friendly the folks at Fixxo were to communicate. Fixxo team did not charge me anything for the failed repair. I only wish if they could open up a branch at Chennai so that I can save transport charges!
