Had a great experience with Fixxo! My MacBook M2 had a display issue - the TCON was damaged. They replaced the entire display at 50% of the cost Apple quoted, and it was an original display too. I don’t see why anyone would choose Apple Repairs over Fixxo. I loved the entire process. Even though I live far away, they made the mail-in process incredibly easy.
When I faced with a display issue of MacBook Air, I contacted the apple help desk and they directed to the authorised support centre in Trivandrum, my home town. It is ironic to note that they were not interested in doing any service and discouraged me by telling that the time to fix will be 1 month with an exorbitant price tag. My search through google help me spot Fixxo and the support over phone was very encouraging. Fixxo offered to collect the laptop and repair it with a warranty of one year at a cost lower than from apple outlet. Since I had reasons to visit Bengaluru, I carried the defective Mac and got it fixed in one day. I am happy to put on note that the experience was really professional.

Sorry, there is no way to replace the glass or display alone. For any fault with the display, the entire display assembly (aka clamshell) needs to be replaced.
Well, most often, yes, it is the display that is faulty and needs replacement. In some cases, these symptoms appear due to fault with some internal part - display flex cable or Main Logic Board (MLB). We can confirm only after a proper diagnosis.
Time: If the part is in stock, it is a 3 to 4 hour job. If not, it may take longer. Best to check with us first, and we will share the current availability and turnaround time.

Mostly, yes. For many model we can procure an original Apple display, sometimes used, sometimes new. For a few less common models, original displays simply are not available, so we use a premium-quality compatible display instead. These perform just as well, and to all but the most discerning eye there is no visible difference. Whatever the case, we will lay out the options transparently, each with its own price and warranty, when you get in touch.
