The people at Fixxo are super helpful and clear - they explain everything and make recommendations for the easiest/cheapest option. I've had some bad luck with a Macbook Pro from 2017 so I've been at Fixxo much more than one would want to be at a computer repair store. But they have consistently fixed my Frankenstein laptop - battery replacement, display change, key replacement, mic issues, the list has been endless.
