I gave my Macbook Pro for diagnosis of faulty trackpad. Received my Macbook today, they have replaced the trackpad. At first they tried to repair without replacement, but the haptic engine was not repairable, so had to replace the trackpad. The people at Fixxo are very professional and courteous. They will first try to fix the problem without replacement unlike apple care where they would ask to replace whole thing. The service is of top quality, excellent place for all apple devices repair. Awesome experience for my first visit. Was reluctant about getting my MacBook repaired outside especially when apple authorised service centers advised to not touch it and use it as long as it works. Reached out to multiple repair shops for resolving my trackpad issue. Good Google reviews and competitive price made me take a chance and I am glad that I took it. The issue was fixed by a regular service and no replacement was needed. Issue resolved at almost 1/6th the cost of the quote from some other vendor. Thanks a ton!
