A worn battery rarely goes quietly. If a few of these sound like your MacBook Air M2, the battery is usually the culprit.
First we confirm the battery really is the problem, not the charger, port, or logic board, so you're not paying to replace a healthy battery. Then we install a replacement battery, tested and calibrated, not the whole top case the Apple official route usually swaps out. Once it's in, we calibrate it and check it reports cleanly in macOS.
Before it goes back to you, we run the new battery through a full charge and discharge to calibrate it and confirm it holds. That cycle is the main reason a battery job takes us a day or two, not a couple of hours. Then we clean it, charge it and hand it over with an invoice and a written 1-year warranty.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
It's not a figure we publish, because it shifts with the MacBook size (13-inch or 15-inch), part availability, and the quality option you pick, and we'd rather quote you accurately than post a price that goes stale in a month. Send us a quick WhatsApp and we'll share the exact cost.
Usually a day or two. Most of that is the full charge-and-discharge calibration cycle we run before handover, which can't be rushed. If the battery is in stock we move quicker; if not, it can take a little longer. We'll confirm the turnaround when you get in touch.
Every MacBook battery we install carries a flat 1-year warranty. It covers manufacturing defects in the battery, so if it develops a sudden fault, the MacBook shutting down with charge still left, or the battery percentage jumping around instead of charging and draining smoothly, we sort it. It doesn't cover physical or liquid damage.
This grade of battery is sold in the market under the name "Original", but strictly speaking it isn't. Apple doesn't sell these parts openly, so it isn't possible to officially provide an "Apple Original" battery. What we use is a premium, original-equivalent battery, on par with the original in quality and performance.
Hard to promise an exact number, since real-world backup depends on how you use the machine, your settings, and its overall condition. As a baseline, expect at least 4 to 5 hours, and most people comfortably get more.
Often, yes. On the MacBook Air the battery sits directly under the trackpad, so when it swells it pushes up and the click stops working. Replace the swollen battery and the click usually returns. A swollen battery is also a safety risk, so it's worth dealing with sooner rather than later.
Yes. A battery replacement does not touch your storage or your data. That said, we cannot take liability for accidental data loss in unforeseen situations, so you're encouraged to take a backup before you hand it over, just to be safe.
One practical note: we will need to log in to test the repair. If the device is still functional, you are welcome to set up a Test User account for us. Otherwise, you will need to share your password so we can complete testing.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
