A broken MacBook screen shows up in a few ways. If any of these sound like your M2, we can help.
A good screen replacement is mostly about what happens around the screen. We run a full diagnostic first, so anything else going wrong gets caught up front, then fit the new display and test it properly: brightness, True Tone, and the lid angle sensor that handles sleep and wake. Nothing leaves the bench until it behaves the way it should.

A neat quirk of this generation: the M2 Air's display assembly is interchangeable with the M3's. What it won't take is a panel pulled from an M1 Air. Worth knowing if you're ever quoted a suspiciously cheap "Air" screen.
Nothing goes back until it clears our 32-point QC checklist. Then we clean it up, charge it, and hand it over ready to use. You get an invoice, with a written warranty, so it's all on paper.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
Honestly, it is too dynamic a figure to publish, and it varies with MacBook size variant you have (13-inch or 15-inch), the colour of your MacBook and the quality option you pick. We would rather quote you accurately than post a price that goes stale in a month. Send us a quick WhatsApp with your device model and colour, and we will share the exact cost.
If the part is in stock, it is a 3 to 4 hour job. If not, it may take 3 to 4 days. Best to check with us first, and we will share the current availability and turnaround time.
Not necessarily. A blank screen can be the display, but it can also be a cable, a connector, or something on the logic board. That is exactly why we diagnose such cases before we quote, so you are not paying to replace a part that was never the problem. (A diagnosis fee does apply, and we will explain it upfront.)
Possibly, but we would strongly recommend a full diagnosis before any repair or replacement. After a spill, the bigger risk is often the logic board, not the screen. Get it to us sooner rather than later, powered off, and we will tell you what genuinely needs replacing and what does not. This is where our chip-level logic board repair really shines.
Do note: because the device already has liquid exposure, there is a chance that further issues surface, or the logic board stops responding, during diagnosis or repair. It is a known risk with liquid damage and not something we can take liability for.
Yes, as long as you are on a recent macOS version. If you are on an older version, a quick update usually sorts it out. If it still does not show after that, bring it back and we will take a look.
Mostly, yes. For many colours we can procure an original Apple display, sometimes used, sometimes new. For a few less common colours, original displays simply are not available, so we use a premium-quality compatible display instead. These perform just as well, and to all but the most discerning eye there is no visible difference. Whatever the case, we will lay out the options transparently, each with its own price and warranty, when you get in touch.
Yes. A screen replacement does not touch your data in any way. That said, we cannot take liability for accidental data loss in unforeseen situations, so it is worth taking a backup before you hand it over, just to be safe.
One practical note: we will need to log in to test the repair. If the display is partially working, or you can use the MacBook with an external monitor, you are welcome to set up a Test User account for us. Otherwise, you will need to share your password so we can complete testing.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
No, the old part stays with us. Retaining the replaced part is standard practice across premium Apple repair providers, Apple included, and it is part of how the pricing and warranty on a replacement work. We have explained the reasoning in more detail in this article.
