If a few of these match your MacBook Air M3, the battery is usually why.
First we make sure it's actually the battery, and not the charger, the MagSafe port, or something on the logic board playing up. We work at board level, so we can rule those out properly instead of swapping the battery and hoping. If the battery is the culprit, we fit a premium, original-equivalent cell, calibrate it, and confirm it reads cleanly in macOS Battery Health before it comes back to you.
From the bench
One M3 Air-specific thing worth knowing: it has no fan. Push it hard and it runs warm and quietly slows down to cool off, which people often mistake for a failing battery. Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. If your battery checks out healthy, we'll be transparent and won't upsell you a battery you don't need.
We don't hand a device back on trust alone. The new battery is charged and drained in full, its rate of charge and discharge is logged to rule out any outliers. Only once it's holding steady, do we clean the machine up and return it with an invoice and a written 1-year warranty.
It’s a little bit like visiting a doctor. Don’t you like it when your doctor has an understanding ear, and explains the ailment to you?
All things considered, the quality of service is only as good as the expertise of the repairman. Workmanship matters!
All Apple devices, all repairs, we are your one-stop shop. We’re probably the only one in town who do L4 chip-level repair on Logic boards, arguably :)
We inspect thoroughly and share a detailed diagnosis report. You'll know exactly what's wrong before you commit to anything.
Clear pricing before any work begins. Parts, labor, and timeline upfront. You decide whether to go ahead.
1 to 3 days for common repairs. Chip-level logic board work may take up to 2 weeks. We keep you posted throughout.
90-day minimum on every repair. 3 months on chip-level logic board work. 1 year on display replacements.
We avoid publishing an exact figure on the page, because it is time-dynamic and also varies with the MacBook size (13-inch or 15-inch). A number we post today can go stale and wrong a month later.
To give you a rough idea though, it will cost between 8-12k, with the 15-inch costing a bit more than the 13-inch. Treat that as a ballpark, the figure on the day can land either side of it. Send a quick WhatsApp with your model and we'll share the exact cost.
A day or two in most cases. We usually keep these batteries in stock, so you're not waiting on a part to arrive; the time goes mostly on the calibration cycle afterwards, a full charge and discharge that lets the new cell settle and report accurately. We don't rush that bit. You'll get a firm timeline once we've had the machine in front of us.
Strictly, no, and we'd rather be straight about that than pretend otherwise. Apple doesn't sell its battery cells on the open market, so nobody outside Apple can fit a true "Apple Original". What we use is a premium, original-equivalent battery that matches the original on capacity and performance, backed by our own 1-year warranty.
Every battery we fit comes with a flat 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If the cell develops a genuine fault in that time, sudden shutdowns with charge still showing, or the percentage behaving erratically rather than charging and draining smoothly, we'll put it right. What it doesn't cover is physical knocks or liquid damage, since those aren't faults in the part.
There's no exact figure we can promise, since real-world backup comes down to how you use the machine, your settings, and its overall condition. As a rough baseline, reckon on at least 4 to 5 hours, and most people comfortably get more once the new cell has settled.
Yes. A battery replacement does not touch your storage or your data. That said, we cannot take liability for accidental data loss in unforeseen situations, so you're encouraged to take a backup before you hand it over, just to be safe.
One practical note: we will need to log in to test the repair. If the device is still functional, you are welcome to set up a Test User account for us. Otherwise, you will need to share your password so we can complete testing.
Yes. We take in MacBooks, iPhones, and other Apple devices from across India by courier. You can ship it to us yourself, or we can arrange a pickup. Our mail-in page walks you through the full process.
